DPM Wan Azizah has audience with Agong's mother

KOTA BARU: Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail had an audience with the mother of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Tengku Anis Tengku Abdul Hamid, at Istana Mahkota in Kubang Kerian here tonight.
Their closed-door meeting lasted about an hour and no media coverage was allowed.
Wan Azizah, who is also PKR president arrived at the Sultan Ismail Petra Airport in Pengkalan Chepa at 9.35 pm, accompanied by her husband, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, who is PKR de facto leader.
Also present to welcome them were Kelantan PKR Communication director Sukirman Mustafa.
This was Wan Azizah's first visit to Kelantan after she was sworn in as Deputy Prime Minister last Monday. — Bernama
