Viral video shows man being lethally electrocuted on utility pole

PETALING JAYA: A viral video of a person being electrocuted on a utility pole did not occur in Malaysia.
The video showing the victim standing dangerously close to the edge of an electric pole before falling and getting electrocuted was rumoured to have taken place at the Asia Jaya LRT station in Petaling Jaya on Saturday.
However, Prasarana Malaysia Berhad has confirmed that the incident did not happen there.
Sources revealed that the viral video was said to have come from another country and the tragedy had occurred on May 13.
