Felda Global Ventures proposes name change to FGV Holdings

KUALA LUMPUR: Felda Global Ventures Holdings Bhd has proposed to change its name to FGV Holdings Bhd.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, it said the name change is subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming extraordinary general meeting.
If approved, the proposed name change would take effect from the date of issuance of the notice of registration of new name by the Companies Commission of Malaysia. — Bernama
