A CHILD was lucky to survive after she was thrown out of a moving car at a traffic light junction in Kuala Terengganu last night.
"If the seatbelt had been secured, the child would not have fallen out of the moving vehicle, even if the door was not closed properly or the door was flung open by the child," Terengganu police chief Datuk Aidi Ismail.
A 12-sec video of the child narrowly escaping death had gone viral on Facebook since last night after it was shared by an account holder known as "Poh KF".
