Savouring pink moments with Somersby

SOMERSBY Sparkling Rosé, the soft pink hued apple cider flavour, is now a permanent addition alongside other Somersby cider variants in Malaysia.
The Sparkling Rosé’s unmistakeable soft pink hue, and refined semi-sweet taste of apple rosé cider with a flirty flavour of red berries, has fast become a favourite with many ladies.
To thank them for their support, Somersby recently launched the #SomersbyPinkMoments campaign, to inspire women to pamper themselves, whilst enjoying a glass of Sparkling Rosé.
The campaign launch at Liberte @ Menara Lien Hoe, Kuala Lumpur saw the space filled with guests decked in pink, and clinking chilled glasses of Sparkling Rosé.
The event was led by Carlsberg Malaysia managing director Lars Lehmann, who said: “Somersby Sparkling Rosé has been a favourite among the ladies since its launch last year.
“It was only apt to dedicate this variant to them and their universe, making it the first cider in the country specially dedicated to women.”
Also at the launch were the ladies from Carlsberg Malaysia’s senior leadership team, corporate communications & CSR director Pearl Lai, human resources director Felicia Teh, and senior brand manager for Somersby Stella Yew.
The #SomersbyPinkMoments campaign, which takes place throughout June and July, sees Somersby collaborating with selected bars and restaurants, fitness studios, nail parlours and boutiques, as well as hair salons, to reward ladies whilst they are indulging themselves, or grabbing some ‘me time’.
Every Wednesday in June, ladies will receive a complimentary bottle of Sparkling Rosé during ladies’ night at 100 participating bars and outlets. A total of 100 bottles will be given away at each outlet.
Ladies can snap a photo of themselves and their friends enjoying the drink and share it on social media with the tags #SomersbyLadiesNight, #SomersbySparklingRose, and #SomersbyMy, to stand a chance of winning exciting prizes, including cartons of the pink bubbly.
And until July 31, ladies will get a complimentary glass of Sparkling Rosé when they indulge themselves in salons such as Number 76, 176 Avenue, and Centro Hair Salon, boutiques such as MGP Label, Aria the Label, Duchess & Co, AmberSze, Define Haute, and Glam Edge, fitness studios such as Fire Station Fit, Fly Project, and Fort Gyms, and the nail salon Posh Nail Spa.
At the launch, guests were able to experience their own ‘pink moments’ at four special pop-up stations – the Pink Lounge, Pink Salon, Pink Fitness Studio, and Pink Boutique.
The interactive stations gave guests a taste of the campaign, in the form of pink hair highlights, pink boxing gloves, and even pink nitrogen ice cream.

Lehmann added: “The Pink Moments campaign aims to inspire women to spend more ‘me time,’ by immersing themselves in the experience with a glass of Somersby Sparkling Rosé, simultaneously turning their moments pink with the perfect drink.”
Alternatively, if you’d rather be drinking your Somersby Sparkling Rosé in the comfort of your own home, a four-bottle pack will be available at RM29.90 at selected hypermarkets and supermarkets throughout the month of June.
