7-Eleven launches loyalty programme featuring minions

KUALA LUMPUR: In conjunction with the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2018 football tournament in Russia, 7-Eleven Malaysia Holdings Bhd has introduced a loyalty programme featuring popular minions from the 'Despicable Me' animated film series.
Through the programme, called Minions Da! Da! Da!™, customers can get a fabulous collection featuring minions in the form of football-themed key rings and bag tags with 16 designs each, available in individual "blind" packs for an element of fun and surprise.
7-Eleven Malaysia marketing general manager, Ronan Lee, in a statement today, said: "We are certain that our customers are just as thrilled as we are with the release of Minions Da! Da! Da!™.
"This exclusive 'goal-lection' will definitely be a hit among fans and collectors, especially with its exclusivity as a Universal Studios-licensed product. These multifunctional collectibles can be used to organise keys, customise luggage, or even used as a car accessory to show support for their favourite team!"
From now until July 23, customers will be rewarded with a programme sticker for every RM5 spent in a single receipt on selected purchases.
Bonus programme stickers are given for purchases of partner products from Coca-Cola, Dutch Lady, Mentos, Mondelez and many more. The Minions Da! Da! Da!™ key ring or bag tag is redeemable for every 10 programme stickers collected.
