Sweden hit by stomach bug before Germany game

Sochi, Russia (dpa) - Three sick Sweden players have not yet travelled to Sochi for Saturday's World Cup clash with Germany while striker Isaac Kiese Thelin has missed training with an ankle injury, coach Janne Andersson said on Friday.
Filip Helander, Pontus Jansson and Marcus Rohden are suffering from stomach problems but could still be in the squad against the world champions. "We still believe they will come later," Andersson told a news conference. Jansson started the 1-0 opening win over South Korea after Victor Lindelof was ruled out with a fever. Lindelof could come back into the line-up.
Of the other three, only Kiese Thelin featured as a substitute against the Koreans. Germany lost their opener to Mexico and desperately need a result against Sweden to avoid huge embarrassment.
