Cypark's share price rise 2.62% on higher earnings

PETALING JAYA: Cypark Resources Bhd’s share price rose 2.62% this morning on news of a better performance for the second quarter ended April 30, 2018.
At noon, its share price was 2.62% or 6 sen higher at RM2.35 with 60,200 shares traded. The stock closed 1.8% or 4 sen higher at RM2.29 last Friday, on 77,500 shares done.
Last Friday, Cypark announced a 61.5% rise in its net profit to RM18.75 million during the quarter from RM11.61 million a year ago due to the absence of the employers share option scheme expenses.
Revenue for the quarter rose 18.1% to RM99.08 million from RM83.93 million a year ago, driven by the environmental engineering division and landscaping and infrastructure division.
