Omesti buys IT firm for RM1 million

PETALING JAYA: Omesti Bhd is acquiring the entire 100% stake in Red Ape Solutions Sdn Bhd (RAS) for RM1 million.
The group told Bursa Malaysia that its wholly owned subsidiary Omesti Holdings Bhd had on July 3 entered into a shares sale agreement with Louis Tan Hai Aun and Mathieu Henri Jacques Chauvinc for the acquisition.
RAS is principally engaged in the business of providing solutions, training and consultation, consultation services in information technology, web development and applications.
Omesti said the proposed acquisition represents an opportunity for the group to further spearhead and enhance the development of its various on-going solutions.
