PETALING JAYA: Fugitive Datuk Seri Jamal Yunos (pix) who was arrested in Indonesia on Monday will be charged in court for escaping police custody soon after he arrives in Malaysia today.
Selangor police CID chief SAC Fadzil Ahmat said Jamal will arrive at the KL International Airport (KLIA) from Jakarta at 2.15pm today and will be taken straight to the Ampang magistrate's court to face the charges under Section 224 of the Penal Code.
He said there are two arrest warrants against Jamal that was issued by the Ampang magistrate's court on May 25 for two cases of house trespass.
