Gabungan AQRS shares up 5.69% on higher Q2 earnings

PETALING JAYA: Gabungan AQRS Bhd's share price grew 5.69% or 7 sen this morning, after its net profit for the second quarter ended June 30, 2018 (Q2FY18) more than doubled to RM19.1 million.
At 11.45 am, the stock stood at RM1.30 with 2.48 million shares changing hands, bringing its market capitalisation to RM591.37 million.
Yesterday, the group said the higher earnings was due to higher revenue from both its construction and property development segments.
