KUALA LUMPUR: Former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak has withdrawn his suits against three main figures in investigations pertaining to 1Malaysia Development Berhad.
Najib filed three civil suits against MACC chief commissioner Datuk Seri Mohd Shukri Abdull, police commercial crimes head Datuk Seri Amar Singh and Attorney-General Tommy Thomas respectively, alleging they were prejudiced against him over the course of their investigations, rendering the investigations invalid.

The court has made no order to costs.
Senior Federal Counsels Alice Loke and Suzana Atan appeared for the three public figures.
