Police record statements from Najib's domestic helpers
KUALA LUMPUR: The police today recorded statements from the domestic helpers of former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak at his residence in Langgak Duta here.
Kuala Lumpur CID chief SAC Rusdi Mohd Isa said CID officers from the Sentul District Police headquarters recorded the statements following a police report made by Najib.
However, he declined to elaborate on the report.
"The police team seen going into Najib's residence today were from the Sentul CID, and they recorded statements from the domestic helpers due to a police report made by Najib," he said to reporters.
The media reported earlier that several police officers and personnel were seen entering the residence of the former prime minister at about noon today. — Bernama
