THE NOKIA 3.1 is now available in Malaysia, HMD Global announced recently.
With a price tag of only RM655, the Android smartphone touts the Android One guarantee, and the best-in-class experience in both hardware and software for its price point.
Endorsed by Google, the software on the Nokia 3.1 will remain secure for up to three years, and its OS will be up-to-date for at least two years, thanks to the Android One program.
It also packs every standard Google feature that is available on Android devices such as the Google Assistant, and Google Photos with free unlimited high-quality photo storage.
The Nokia 3.1 is also the company’s most affordable smartphone with a 2:1 ratio display. It has a 5.2in screen capable of HD+ resolution. Though unimpressive, it will get the job done.
Inside is a MediaTek 6750 processor paired with 3GB of memory and 32GB of expandable storage.
Also included is a full set of sensors, which means that the Nokia 3.1 is capable of running apps and playing games that feature AR, like Pokemon Go.
For the primary camera, the Nokia 3.1 sports a 13MP sensor with autofocus, and for selfies, an 8MP shooter also with autofocus.
The design of the Nokia 3.1 is made up of an anodised machined metal frame and sculpted glass display. Available in three colours, the smartphone certainly looks good, but the real test would be holding one in hand.
The Nokia 3.1 is available in blue/copper, black/chrome and white/iron.
