WZ Satu share price fall on legal suit

PETALING JAYA: WZ Satu Bhd's share price fell one sen or 3.33% this morning after its subsidiary WZS Misi Setia Sdn Bhd was sued by Danamin (M) Sdn Bhd for RM619,531.96.
As at 10.56 am, the stock stood at 29 sen with 97,000 shares changing hands.
Last Friday, the group told the stock exchange that it is seeking its legal opinion to defend the writ and statement of claim and will make further announcement on the developments in due course.
