TWICE says ONCEs can count on them

K-POP girl group TWICE promises Malaysian fans a special night, before taking the stage at Stadium Melawati, Shah Alam, for its TWICELAND Zone 2: Fantasy Park tour stop on Saturday night at Stadium Malawati, Kuala Lumpur.
ONCEs, as fans of the group are fondly referred too, will be delighted to know that the nine girls – Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu – had a part in deciding the show’s concept.
In a press conference today, TWICE said that it’s “looking forward to performing right here in Malaysia for fans”.
“There are special parts from the beginning [at] the opening of the show, and it’s going to be very pretty,” it said, as hinted by its whimsical floral tour poster.
It added: “There are also preparation of the unique stages, so you can look forward to it, [as well].
Known for its signature bubbly performances, the What is Love singers says that it gets its energy from ONCEs who provide “cheer up moments”.
“It’s just amazing to see the fans from the stage," the group said.
“Every moment and interaction that we have together with fans are very valuable and cherished,” adding that some fans have even made videos for their idols.
“We shout out … 'don’t cry, don’t cry', [ and every time] they say 'I love you'! Those moments are really touching.”
With devoted ONCEs throwing their full support behind them, the girl – who recently celebrated 1000 days since debuting – hope to continue improving their craft.
TWICE, which is “really looking forward to [having] another 2000 and 3000 days together,” said that it wants to “show them the most awesome performance”.
“We would like to have stages that we enjoy, so that the fans can feel it too.”
