SHAH ALAM: There was "high drama" here yesterday, with the chief actor being a cow.
Firemen had go on a "wild cow chase" for almost 10km to nab the wayward animal.
Selangor Fire and Rescue Department Stations and Operations Management Branch head Alimaddia Bukri said the cow broke free from its handler and roamed into a factory site in Section 15 here.
"We were alerted at about 1.30pm and despatched a team to the location. However, it gave us the slip and ran for about 10km to a petrol station in Subang Jaya," he said.
He said it took the team about 10 minutes to "apprehend" the cow and had handed it over back to the owner at about 5pm. — Bernama
