T7 Global inks MoU with Crest Builder for mixed development project

PETALING JAYA: T7 Global Bhd and Crest Builder Holdings Bhd have entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to collaborate in the construction of a proposed mixed development of one block of commercial building with 44 floors in Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, known as Latitud8.
T7 Global's wholly owned subsidiary T7 Kemuncak Sdn Bhd is involved in construction and infrastructure works, while Crest Builder's wholly owned subsidiary Crest Builder Sdn Bhd is involved in general construction works.
T7 Global said the MOU will provide an opportunity for T7 Kemuncak to collaborate with Crest Builder, a well-established construction player in Malaysia and combine their capabilities and resources to construct the high-rise mixed development.
"This collaboration will place the company on a higher ground and upskill ourselves in the construction industry," T7 Global said.
