Muda Holdings up 2.35% on Singapore based stationery distributor acquisition

    PETALING JAYA: Muda Holdings Bhd's share price rose as much as 2.35% this morning on news of its acquisition of Singapore based stationery importer and distributor, Wenfang Private Ltd.
    At 10.58am, the stock was trading at RM1.72 with 163,700 shares done.
    The group told the stock exchange on Friday that the acquisition made through its 70% owned subsidiary Intrapac (Singapore) Pte Ltd amounted to SG$1.41million (RM4.25 million).
