KUALA LUMPUR: Pensioners can now look forward to a better lifestyle with the new enhanced version of the MyPesara mobile application which offers various benefits and promotions.
Launching the enhanced version of the app today, Retirement Fund Incorporated (KWAP) chief executive officer Syed Hamadah Othman said these new benefits will allow pensioners to lead a more fulfilling life.
“Among the improvements in the application are mobile medical records, e-card functions and information hub with e-learning modules in retirement management, financial management and advisory services,“ he said in his speech after unveiling the new MyPesara app here.
Elaborating further, KWAP’s Corporate Strategy and Performance Department director Ismail Zakaria said even though the app is universal, there will be a mechanism to identify pensioners and non-pensioners.
“The app is open for worldwide users, but some of the benefits of our participating merchants can only be used by pensioners with the e-kad Pesara,“ Ismail said.
Merchant and content partners were selected based on a set of criteria that meets the needs of current and future pensioners in the area of healthcare, wellness, and financial planning, as well as products and services that could help reduce the daily cost of living of our pensioners.
KWAP plans to make further improvements based on the feedback given via the app from all users, where the digital services and app features will be designed around the users’ needs in enhancing customer experience.
The MyPesara App is currently available for download at Google Play and App Store, and the enhanced features will be accessible in 10 days.
Adding to this matter, Ismail said KWAP will hold its first public engagement through the upcoming Carnival Rasa Sayang which will be held on Nov 24 at Bulatan Azlan Shah, Meru, Ipoh from 9am till 5pm.
