TAPAH: Two people were injured, one seriously, in an accident involving a tour bus and a tanker lorry at KM330 of the North-South Expressway, southbound, near the Tapah rest and recreation area today.

In the accident at about 5.30am, a female passenger known as Wan Nor Amni Wan Din, 22, and the co-driver of the bus, Nur Azmi Mohd Nor, 50, were injured.
Tapah district police chief Supt Som Sak Din Keliaw said Wan Nor Amni was unconscious after being seriously injured on the head, while Nur Azmi was injured on the leg and ribs.
