MYCorps to send 45 volunteers to help Syrian refugees during winter

KUALA LUMPUR: MYCorps will be sending 45 volunteers to Jordan, Turkey and Lebanon to help Syrian refugees this winter.
MYCorps in a statement here today said they would be leaving for the mission in stages beginning early December.
"The volunteers who are from various backgrounds are now undergoing intensive training to equip themselves for the mission," it said.
To cover the costs, the participants have launched a donation drive to raise funds for winter needs, education programmes and medical assistance.
