KUALA LUMPUR: Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (PPBM) president Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin appealed to all opposition parties to put aside their conflicting views and work together.
"I must appeal to all of you and all the political parties, let us set aside our differences. We must be together and we must be united.
"We must fight together. God willing, we will be able to win with the support from all of you," he said while addressing Bersih 5 participants in front of the Petronas Twin Towers here.
Muhyiddin said cooperation among political parties must be formed before any shift of government could be made in the next election.
He also called for the public to give their direct support by joining non-governmental organisations or political parties that adhere to the reform agenda.
"We want to see the rakyat unite and show their support by joining the NGOs or political parties that support our fight.
"We must dictate the future of this country, not let a few people dictate what is right for you," he added.
