Death Note Marathon at TGV Sunway Pyramid

FANS of Japanese Manga inspired movies Death Note can get their fix at TGV Cinemas in Sunway Pyramid over two consecutive Sundays.
On Nov 26, Death Note (2006) will be screened at 1.30pm while Death Note 2: The Last Name (2006) will be screened at 4.15pm. Tickets for the Nov 26 screenings are priced at RM45 and come inclusive of a Death Note limited edition folder.
On Dec 3, L: Change The World (2008) will be screened at 1.30pm while Death Note: Light Up The New World (2016) will be screened at 4.15pm. Tickets for these screenings are priced at RM60 and come inclusive of a limited edition Death Note Rubik's Cube, umbrella and movie poster.
Death Note: Light Up the New World will be released in cinemas on Dec 8. The story is set 10 years after the Death Note murders and the final confrontation between Kira and L. Again, the shinigami sends Death Notes to the ground, and the world soon falls into chaos. A ripple of mass murders caused by the Death Notes occur in the United States, Japan and other countries around the world. Mishima (Masahiro Higashide), a member of the Death Note special task force, takes up the case with six other investigators.
Famous private detective Ryuzaki (Sousuke Ikematsu), who is the rightful successor of L, joins in the investigation. They discover that six Death Notes currently exist in the world. While they are investigating the case, cyber terrorist Yuki Shien (Masaki Suda) sends a computer virus throughout the world's systems.
