PETALING JAYA: Two robbers picked the wrong woman to mess with when she gave chase and rammed their motorcycle with her car this morning.
In the 3.30am incident, the woman was waiting at a traffic light junction at Ara Damansara near Evolve Mall when she was approached by two assailants on a motorcycle.
The suspects broke her passenger seat window and grabbed her laptop before fleeing on their motorcycle.
However, the victim was not about to let the matter rest and gave chase, before succeeding in ramming the duo near a residential area at Ara Damansara.
A security guard who was at the scene helped to apprehend both the suspects.
He then informed the police about the incident and subsequently lodged a police report.
Petaling Jaya district police chief ACP Mohd Zani Che Din confirmed the incident and said investigations are still ongoing.
"The suspects, both aged 26 have three previous records and have been sent to the University Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC) for further treatment while the woman escaped unhurt," he said in a statement today.
