KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here today postponed to March 20 to hear the suit filed by Perbadanan Fidlot Nasional Sdn Bhd (NFCorp) and its chairman, Datuk Seri Dr Mohamad Salleh Ismail, against Public Bank Berhad for breach of contract to protect their bank account confidentiality.
Judge Datuk John Louis O'Hara set March 20 to 24 next year to hear the case after counsel Zailan Mohamad Hakim, representing the plaintiffs, informed the court that lead counsel Tan Sri Muhammad Shafee Abdullah was currently abroad on official business.

On May 22, 2012, NFCorp, and four others, including Mohamad Salleh filed a suit against Public Bank over breach of contract to protect their bank account confidentiality.
