Brothers from two different mothers start schooling

KUANTAN: It was a poignant moment for a father when his sons from two different mothers entered Primary one yesterday.
Muhammad Faihi, 7, and Muhammad Falah, 7 sons to Muhammad Faiz Hashim but different mothers joined Sekolah Kebangsaan Bukit Sekilau.
They were both born on August 31, 2010.
"They are not twins but born to different mothers as I have two wives. Muhammad Faihi was born at 1 pm by my second wife Nik Noor Syuhada Kamarudin, 31 and Muhammad Falah came about 12 hours later by my first wife Syarifah Nor Fadhilah Syed Mohd. Idris, 36," he told Utusan Malaysia.
The story of this polygamous family went viral when Muhammad Faiz shared a family photo on Facebook taken during Aidilfitri July last year.
The closeness between him and his two wives caught the interest of netizens.
"We are happy together although busy with our daily routines. Our family life is probably different from other families. I've advised my kids to be honest about the situation," he said.
