LBS Bina aims RM1.5b sales in 2017

KUALA LUMPUR: LBS Bina Group Bhd is aiming for RM1.5 billion sales in 2017 after achieving RM1.24 billion in 2016.
Its group managing director Tan sri Lim Hock San said its sales of RM1.24 billion last year surpassed its initial target of RM1.2 billion. About 70% of its sales came from homes priced below RM500,000.
The property developer also announced 13 new launches with a gross development value of RM2.35 billion for 2017.
Of the 5,543 units to be launched this year, 4,284 units will consist of affordable homes priced below RM500,000.
