Road bully fined RM1,700

GEORGE TOWN: A road bully whose act was caught on camera was fined RM1,700 in default six months jail by the magistrates court today.
N. Linkeswaran, 25, had earlier pleaded guilty before magistrate L. Umma.
In the incident which occurred at around 11.30am on Sunday at Jalan Masjid Kapitan Keling, he broke the side mirror of a car with his helmet after both vehicles were almost involved in an accident.
The incident was caught on camera and has since gone viral on social media
The driver of the car refused to get down and drove to the police station at Jalan Masjid Kapitan Keling, but Linkeswaran continued to chase after the car.
Earlier in court, Prosecuting Officer Inspector Nurna Asyikin Ab Rahim pressed for a harsher penalty while defence counsel RSN Rayer urged the court to impose a lighter sentence.
