IN true Malaysian spirit, Air Asia brought its brand new in-flight menu to theSun office, removing all traces of Monday blues.
GLORIOUS FOOD
The Santan food truck ferried along five meal choices for employees of theSun to try. These included Ashok’s Butter Masala Chicken Biryani, Mac and Cheese with Chicken Meatballs, Potato and Chicken Curry Puff, Chicken Satay and the limited-time-only Nyonya Prawn Curry with Rice. Drooling yet? Wait ...
AirAsia’s Santan is the name of the F&B menu (named by Tan Sri Tony Fernandes himself) founded on the concept of bringing authentic tastes of Asia to the skies.
It offers 15 choices of meals that include mouth-watering favourites like Pak Nasser’s Nasi Lemak, Bukhara Chicken Biryani and Nasi Dagang with Chicken Curry.
PRE-BOOK AND SAVE
Here’s the topper – now, you can pre-book your preferred meal when flying on AirAsia Berhad for only RM10! Moreover, all Santan combo meals come with a complementary drink and are certified halal. Passengers save more when pre-booking their meals.
Do take note that some meals are served only on AirAsia (AK) or AirAsia X (D7) flights, and some on both. Prices may vary.
Guests can book their meals (at airasia.com via “Manage My Booking” tab) up to 24 hours before their scheduled flight departure time.
Pre-booking online comes with priority serving on your flight. It also ensures you get your favourite meal on-board.
GOOD TIMES, GREAT TASTES
The event at theSun office capped off with a round of simple trivia questions where AirAsia merchandise was up for grabs along with photo opportunities with AirAsia cabin crew.
The lively affair, complete with deejay and music, saw employees from the airline and media having a good time.
Tea time never tasted this good, especially with free-flow of delectable AirAsia meals.
Now with AirAsia where “everyone can fly”, pre-book your meals so that “everyone can eat their favourites”.
