Pretty in ‘Pink’

K-BEAUTY, the term for South Korean skincare products, has gained popularity around the globe and become a fad right here in Malaysia. K-Beauty products continue to dominate the local beauty scene, especially with the introduction of its “pore protection” range via Pink by Pure Beauty, which is now available exclusively at Watsons Malaysia stores.
The pore protection range is the latest addition to the Pink by Pure Beauty series of products and consists of basic essentials for skin care – cleansing foam, toner and essence.

The pore protection range was developed in South Korea as a six-in-one pore care solution that tackles deep cleansing, regulates accumulation of sebum, minimises and tightens pores and hydrates and refines skin tone.
The range is made using four key ingredients which include:
► Pink clay – One of the oldest treatments known to mankind. The clay absorbs toxins and clogged oil in the skin, clearing and cleaning pores.
► Jeju volcanic ash – Also known as “light rock” in Jeju dialect, Jeju volcanic ash is a precious natural resource. The ash is strictly protected under special laws and can only be extracted from specific regions on the island. The ash also has strong neutralisation abilities, which helps absorb sebum or harmful external impurities to leave skin purified.
► Carbonated thermal water – This water that comes from Sanbang mountain on Jeju Island is rich with 13 minerals, which include acid ion, calcium and sodium. These help hydrate the skin from inside-out. The water itself helps keep collagen fibres between the cells strong and aids overall, firming and “plumping” the skin.
► MAT-XS Bright – A compound ingredient derived from Java tea leaf extract – it is effective in reducing sebum production, which reduces that shiny, oily appearance on the face and X decreases pore size.
