Vizione seeks more projects after raising RM59m from rights issue

PETALING JAYA: Vizione Holdings BHd, formerly known as Astral Supreme Bhd, expects to secure more construction projects with the completion of its rights issue with warrants, which raised RM58.92 million.
The company registered a subscription rate of 99.84% for the rights issue exercise.
“The funds raised reflect shareholders’ confidence, trust and support of the management team. These funds will be utilised to continue the company’s commitment to profitability and growth. My thanks to the board of directors, management team and advisers who have worked tirelessly to make this rights issue a success despite current market sentiment and the economic climate,” Vizione managing director Datuk Ng Aun Hooi said in a statement yesterday.
