Bodies of woman, young girl found near Teluk Bahang

GEORGE TOWN: Police yesterday recovered two bodies off the sea near Tropical Spice Garden in Teluk Bahang, near here.
Southwest district police chief Supt Annuar Omar said they received a phone call about 6.08pm that the bodies of a woman and a young girl were floating in the sea.
He said five personnel immediately rushed to the scene and found the bodies tied to each other with a raffia string.
Annuar added the identity of the two deceased was yet to be known as no personal identification documents were found.
The bodies have since been sent to Penang Hospital for post-mortem.
