MAS on the lookout for 18 talented Liverpool fans to send to Anfield

PETALING JAYA: Do you consider yourself an avid Liverpool fan and longing to meet some of the club's legends, then a Malaysia Airlines competition is just the thing for you.
MAS chief commercial officer Arved von zur Muehlen said the airline is sending 18 talented players to train and play at the famous Anfield stadium.
He said the 18 talented players will form two separate teams and play each other in Anfield.
To participate, just upload a short video (no longer than 60 seconds) showcasing your ball skills to Facebook or YouKu, and state the reason why you are the biggest LFC fan with the hashtags #MalaysiaAirlines & #TakeMeToAnfield.

The participation form and video can be obtained and uploaded at www.malaysiaairlines.com/Anfield.
Arved von zur Muehlen said the winners will be shortlisted based on their skills and creativity.
He said 18 winners will be selected globally and will be flown to Liverpool for an exclusive tour of Anfield Stadium where they will then experience a training session at Liverpool FC’s Academy in preparation for the match.

This contest runs from March 13 to March 31 and it is open to all Malaysians aged above 18 as well as citizens of the United Kingdom, ASEAN, Japan, China and Korea.
In October last year, Malaysia Airlines announced a deal with Liverpool to become is official global airline partner.
