You can now save live Instagram videos to your phone

LAUNCHED in November, Instagram's live streaming feature now allows you to save the video to your phone.
In a blog post published on March 20, the social media service Instagram announced that its live video streaming feature now allows users to save the content to their mobile devices.
From the moment a user terminates a live video session, a "save" option will be displayed on the top right of the screen. Any interactions such as likes or comments, however, do not get saved to the device. According to announcement, the feature is available now for both Android and iOS in the 10.12 version of Instagram.
The company also teased that this update is "just the first of many improvements we'll be making to live videos this year". — AFP Relaxnews
