No room for brutality

I REFER to the video recording of a foreign resident bashing up a dog with a helmet. It was abominable and utterly disgusting.
The dog merely barked as all dogs do. The was no attempt by the dog to attack this man.
He was taken aback and fell off his bicycle. As he might have had if a motorist had honked.
I am aghast at this horrifying and brutal attack. It makes me wonder which one is the animal in this incident?
It really does not matter which country he hails from.
I do not want such a person to reside in Malaysia and enjoy our hospitality.
Whoever you are, please leave!
