Staying positive

YOU are more creative and think more clearly when you are being positive. You are able to concentrate on quality thoughts, which in turn, produce good feelings. You acquire self-respect and respect towards others. Difficult situations strenghen you and you generate the ability of self-control.

By overcoming pressures and worries easily, you experience peace, calm, serenity and happiness. You are more relaxed and active with more energy. Your breathing improves, becoming slower and deeper, and your immune system is strengthened and digestive system improves.

The mind is balanced in harmony and your health improves. Your relationships are more harmonious. You possess greater ability to accept others with comprehension and without expectations.

You attract other people with your peace and harmony and others are comfortable with you. You break through barriers and build solid bridges of communication and understanding.

Sometimes we might not be able to make someone love us, but we can certainly work on being someone who can be loved.
