Kinsteel not in talks with foreign investors

PETALING JAYA (Jan 23, 2014): Kinsteel Bhd is not in talks with any foreign investor to make an investment in the group, the group told Bursa Malaysia yesterday.
The statement was made in response to a report in a business weekly entitled "Kinsteel in talks with foreign investors?" quoting sources as saying that the group was in preliminary talks with foreign steel players to invest the group.
The report identified one potential investor as a China-based steel player.
