Silver Ridge bags RM10.5m TM deal

PETALING JAYA (Jan 28, 2014): Silver Ridge Holdings Bhd's subsidiary Silver Ridge Sdn Bhd has been awarded a RM10.5 million contract by Telekom Malaysia Bhd to provide consolidated comprehensive maintenance and support services of Huawei Multi Service Access Node equipment.
The contact is for a period of five years from Jan 1, 2014 until Dec 31, 2018 and is not renewable.
Save for failure in delivering the specific scope of work pursuant to the contract, there are no other risks in relation to the contract, Silver Ridge said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
The stock closed up 2.0 sen, or 10% at 21 sen at the end of trading yesterday, with some 18,100 shares changing hands.
