Puncak Niaga files for judicial review for non-renewal of water abstraction license

    PETALING JAYA: Puncak Niaga Holdings Bhd's subsidiary Puncak Niaga (M) Sdn Bhd (PNSB), is asking for a judicial review of the decision made by Lembaga Urus Air Selangor (Luas) not to renew its raw water abstraction licenses beyond May 31, 2014.
    In a filing made with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Puncak Niaga said PNSB has filed an application in the Kuala Lumpur High Court for leave to issue judicial review proceedings against the decision of Luas and Selangor state government as notified by Luas to PNSB via a letter dated Mar 7, 2014.
