Celcom wins best customer experience in telco award

PETALING JAYA: Celcom Axiata Bhd was accorded the '2014 Frost & Sullivan Malaysia Best Customer Experience in Telecommunications' award at the inaugural Frost & Sullivan Best Practices in Customer Experience Awards programme.
The 2014 Frost & Sullivan Best Practices in Customer Experience Awards programme measures customer sentiment across various touch points and throughout the customer lifecycle in different industries.
Some 6,500 end-customers were surveyed across 12 countries in the Asia Pacific region, focusing mainly on three industries: banking, telecommunications and automotive.
