People ‘n Rich bolsters team

Advertising and branding agency People 'n Rich recently recruited two industry heavyweights to strengthen its management team with the aim of building a solid base of top-flight talent for future growth.

Lynda Lee, who has more than 20 years experience in the industry, joins the People 'n Rich Group as media director.

Lynda has held senior executive positions in MPG, Starcom Mediavest, Optimedia, and MediaEdge:CIA, and worked on key client accounts including Alliance Bank, Naza-Kia, Caltex, Loreal, Singapore Airlines, LG Electronics, and MBf among others.

Norfaizah Marzuki, with more than 15 years experience, joins the agency as account director on several multinational accounts.

She previously held senior positions at Leo Burnett, DraftFCB, Hong Kong Bank, and BBDO Proximity, and worked on key client accounts including P&G, CIMB, McDonald's, Telekom Malaysia, Fonterra, S C Johnson, and Hong Kong Tourist Board.

"As the business continues to evolve, we will make the necessary talent investments to foster greater competencies, particularly in the Brand Activation and Digital components of our business," adds Joseph.

"The bigger challenge is not only in finding the right talent, but importantly, in creating a conducive working environment and culture that allows these talented individuals to progress and grow as professionals."
