Kerjaya Prospek wins RM64.22m related party job

PETALING JAYA: Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd's subsidiary Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd, has won a RM64.22 million job from a related party Kerjaya Prospek Property Sdn Bhd (KP Property).
The contract is for foundation piling works and associated sub-structure works for proposed mixed development, of one block of 25 storey hotel and office building and two blocks of 53 storey service apartment building on top of 11 storey podium, one partial underground level and three storey basement on Jalan Puchong.
Work on the development will start on Aug 2, 2017 and to be completed on Oct 1, 2018.
KP Property is a company owned by Datuk Tee Eng Ho and Tee Eng Seng (whom are brothers and both the directors and major shareholders of the Kerjaya Prospek and Datin Toh Siew Chuon (director of the company and spouse of Datuk Tee Eng Ho).
The stock was up two sen in morning trade to close at RM3.54 with some 254,700 share changing hands.
