PETALING JAYA: Boustead Holdings Bhd has announced the cessation of its managing director’s contract, which will take effect on Nov 15.
Datuk Seri Amrin Awaluddin joined the company as manging director on May 6, 2019.
“We thank Amrin for his leadership and contributions over the past year as MD and catalyst of our transformation programme. During this time, Boustead has seen significant positive transformation progress and secured its presence as a key player in the industry by serving our shareholders and various stakeholders in Malaysia. We wish him the very best in his future endeavours,” said chairman Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin in a statement.
The board has commenced the formal process of identifying a candidate for the MD position.
