PETALING JAYA: China Automobile Parts Holdings Ltd (CAP) said it has received a letter of resignation from Boardroom.com Sdn Bhd as the company’s agent in Malaysia effective immediately.
Boardroom.com in its letter stated that it shall proceed with the lodgement of the notice (of the change of particulars of foreign company’s agent) to Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) on Dec 3, 2018.
Accordingly, they shall cease to be the company’s agent after the expiration of 21 days from the date of the lodgement, CAP said in a filing with the stock exchange.
CAP said the company shall appoint a new agent within 21 days from the date of Boardroom.com’s resignation.
