PETALING JAYA: Dayang Enteprise Holdings Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Dayang Enterprise Sdn Bhd has been awarded a contract for the provision of hook-up, commissioning and topside major maintenance for Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd.
According to the group’s filing with Bursa Malaysia, the duration of the contract is for a period of 15 months effective from Aug 16, 2019 and will expire on Nov 15, 2019.
With the contract, the group has identified as execution risk such as availability of skilled manpower and materials, changes in the prices of materials, changes in political, economic and regulatory conditions as risk factors that could affect the award.
“Notwithstanding this, Dayang Enterprise shall ensure strict compliance to the safety and operational procedures in the execution of the contract requirements,” it said.
