PETALING JAYA: Digi.com Bhd’s net profit declined by 9.2% to RM342.92 million for the fourth quarter ended Dec 31, 2019 compared to RM377.8 million in the same quarter of the previous year attributed to flow through in EBITDA , depreciation, amortisation cost, finance cost and restructuring cost.
Revenue improved marginally by 0.2% to RM1.68 billion from RM1.67 billion reported previously.
In 2020, the group revealed that it will continue its focus on structural operational efficiencies, investing in what matters most for its customers and continuously drive value creation for its stakeholders.
Of its performance in 2019, Digi commented that it has delivered steady financial and operational performance by having executed well on its year strategy.
For the full year, the group reported a net profit of RM1.43 billion, a 7% drop from RM1.54 billion reported for the same period last year.
Meanwhile revenue for the financial year stood at RM6.30 billion, a 3.5% decrease from RM6.53 billion reported previously.
