In a statement filed with Bursa, executive chairman and group managing director Tan Sri AK Nathan said the project in India is a highly anticipated one and reaffirms the group’s continued success in winning landmark projects.

“It is also a breakthrough for Eversendai in India as it gives us the opportunity to strategically position ourselves for future contracts with DLF Ltd, India’s largest real estate developer,” he said.

One of the contracts awarded to Eversendai is the DLF Downtown IT Park project in Chennai by DLF Info Park Developers (Chennai) Ltd.
