Tropicana group managing director Dion Tan shared how the pandemic has pushed it to be more digitally savvy and emphasised on the group’s digitalisation vision.

The new Tropicana website is designed with a streamlined flow and user friendly features. Every property under the Tropicana umbrella is featured and linked to their microsites. Homebuyers can benefit from the built-in loan aid, a loan eligibility calculator, conveniently allowing users to determine the purchasing viability while browsing for their ideal properties.
The Tropicana 360 app is an all-encompassing, all-in-one integrated home companion app that provides “All Things Tropicana” at one’s fingertips.
Homeowners can enjoy seamless service, from prior to the signing of SPA to completion and vacant possession. Users can capitalise on savings with the latest campaigns or stay informed of events and launches of Tropicana properties and retail promotions at the Tropicana Gardens Mall or Tropicana Golf & Country Resort. From the app, you can manage your billing statements, report defects or issues.
You can also book sports facilities, restaurants, ballrooms, and more directly in the app itself.
The Tropicana Experiential Hall is the newest upscale high-ceiling galleria that is available for Tropicana’s event and private bookings, featuring stylish and functional interior design. Upon entering, Tropicana Experiential Hall welcomes you with a panoramic view of the Seri Selangor Golf Club. The 6,264 sq ft hall has quality AV systems for a chic and comfortable event experience.
