A five-year or 150,000km (whichever comes first) vehicle warranty is standard on all the new Navara variants.
All the variants are powered by 2.5-litre diesel engines but there are two different engine outputs. The “High Output” version, an in-line four-cylinder with twin camshafts, intercooled turbocharging and seven-speed automatic transmission with manual mode produces a maximum 187.4hp 3,600rpm and a maximum torque of 450Nm at 2,000rpm. This engine powers the Pro-4X Auto, VL Auto, V Auto and SE Auto variants.
The “Medium Output” engine – an in-line four-cylinder unit with twin camshafts, intercooled turbocharging and six-speed manual transmission produces a maximum 161hp at 3,600rpm and maximum torque of 403Nm at 2,000rpm – powers the SE Manual and Single Cab Manual variants.
Except for the Single Cab variant, the new Navara variants come standard with new rear multilink suspension with dual-rate coil springs that reduces body toss motion, new electronic locking rear differential system that allows the left and right wheels to rotate as a unit, enabling the vehicle to free itself when stuck in sand, mud and other terrain; new tailgate assist that helps to lighten the opening and closing of the tailgate, new integrated rear bumper step that makes bed access easier and noise-isolating acoustic laminated glass for the front windscreen and front windows for improved quietness.
Safety systems include vehicle dynamic control, traction control, active brake limited slip differential, hill start assist, hill descent control, anti-lock braking, electronic brake distribution and brake assist.
The Nissan Intelligent Mobility advanced driver assistance features are available on Pro-4X Auto, VL Auto and V Auto variants.
A wide range of exclusive factory-fitted accessories are also available for customisation and come with three-year or 100,000km warranty.
